VIRTUAL SERVICE MANAGEMENT (VSM)

VSM is a cloud-based software that can assist you in manafing your vacuum components and equipment. With VSM, you can make your service processess more transparent and improve the planning and documentation of your service activities.

As a customer of DREEBIT GmbH, you get free access to VSM and benefit from the numerous advantages.

Since we use VSM for internal process management as well, your service orders and related components are already maintained in the system. Please use our contact form, if you want to access to VSM.

Asset Management

Use VSM for easy and clear presentation of organizational units and vacuum components. Create locations, departments, machines and components as well as pools and storage with a few clicks. Using the extensive role rights management, you can define exactly which employees should have access to which parts of your infrastructure.

Each component is uniquely identified via ID and QR code. VSM provides the option to export QR codes into multiple formats (for example for a label printer). In combination with the VSM mobile app, you can mark components by scanning the QR code with your smartphone or tablet, get immediate access to the most important data or store information or for subsequent processing (e.g. on a PC).

Numerous filter and search options help you to find the information you need at any time. The CSV export feature allows you to easily export search results for later processing (as in Excel).

On request, an experienced DREEBIT service technician will gladly perform a check of your vacuum equipment on site and document all data and recommendations in VSM. This represents an ideal starting point for further work with VSM.

Service-Workflow

With VSM, DREEBIT provides a complex service workflow, specifically tailored to the requirements of the vacuum industry.

Use inspections to plan and document repetitive routine operations such as visual checks of rotary vane pumps. Information about upcoming inspections can be sent via email or push notification, depending on personal settings. With one click in the VMS mobile app, you can document the result of an inspection and add additional information (e.g. error screen).

Our experienced employees add service recommendations directly in VSM (such as standard bearing exchange on a turbo molecular pump) after a repair or maintenance. Those may be different from the manufacturer's recommendations, depending on how high the degree of stress of the pump or valve (process environment) is.

 

You can adjust service recommendations at any time or convert it into a planned maintenance. Planned maintenance will help you to optimize maintenance cycles and give you an outlook on the expected costs (creation of a service budgets). Minimize the tool-down times of your equipment by synchronizing planned maintenance of vacuum pumps with other maintenance activities.

Service tickets contain all the information about a service operation (for example: error descriptions, supplied accessories, information on delivery and (if necessary) transport damage, information regarding the contamination of the component, status of quotations and authorization up to testing protocols and shipping information including tracking code). Each service ticket is uniquely identified by a QR code. By using the VMS mobile app, our employees can add photos for documentation purposes or change the status of a ticket in a few simple steps.

All service tickets of a component represent its service history and can provide important information to identify fundamental causes of malfunctions to you and our employees
